As summer vacation draws to a close, Utage finds herself drowning in a mountain of unfinished homework. In an unexpected turn of events, a study session is organized at Keito’s house. The gathering includes not only Utage’s ultimate bias, Tamon, but also her constant bickering rival, Ouri. Thus begins a bizarre "Summer Homework Camp" where an idol, a fan, and a rival are all trapped in one room.

Ouri seizes this chance to grab Utage’s attention using every trick in the book. He strikes cool poses and drops provocative lines, but it’s all white noise to Utage, who is solely motivated by staring at her "Oshi" Tamon’s face to get through her assignments. However, the killing blow comes when Utage fires back with dead seriousness: "I told you, you shouldn't waste Hanahara-kun like that!" In that moment, Ouri finally realizes the truth he has been denying all along.
